Simply a dream come true. TO.TEM, a start-up based in Turin born in 2020 as a spin-off of PUNCH Torino, aims to make mobility more sustainable and affordable for everyone, by designing and engineering solutions in the electric mobility field. TO.TEM was in fact born from the idea of some engineers who, making the most out of their skills and background deriving from the experience acquired in the automotive industry, decided to contribute to the world of tomorrow by developing vehicles for micro-mobility distinguished by their Made in Italy quality.

PUNCH Group, of which TO.TEM is a part, is a Belgian multinational corporation considered among the most important worldwide leaders in the research and development of diesel engines and engine control units since the acquisition in 2020 of the General Motors Global Propulsion Systems engineering and development center, that gave birth to PUNCH Torino.

After an initial pilot line located in Italy near Turin, with the intention of defining the best production practices through direct experience, TO.TEM has decided to relocate the production to France, taking advantage of the excellent skills of PUNCH Powerglide (manufacturer of automotive transmissions), setting up a production line at the PUNCH headquarters in Strasbourg.

The relocation of the manufacturing in Strasbourg, began in September 2022, has guaranteed the scale-up in terms of volumes and has also improved the attention to the quality of LYNX.
